##🍳 Cooking I was uninspired about cooking for a long time. Although I could make a pretty good lasagne. I discovered SimplyCook when I invested in them. Unlike HelloFresh SimplyCook send you a recipe card and the required spices and sauces. This means they keep for longer than HelloFresh ingredients. You buy your own fresh ingredients when you're ready to cook. This was a huge boost to the diversity of my cooking. I stopped eating meat in 2020 and SimplyCook's excellent range of vegetarian dishes mean I hardly miss eating meat. In January 2021 I discovered (via Kottke.org) videos of Jacques Pépin making beautifully simple things on YouTube which I loved trying: => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-0D_kL91PI Fried eggs => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqKq0bQHnZU Scrambled eggs => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1XoCQm5JSQ Omelettes => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oOYFzQ4Ka4 Oeufs Jeannette More recently I've been diving into my love of Italian food. This has mainly taken the form of making sourdough pizza. => /cooking/sourdough.gmi 🍕 Sourdough pizza
